Drs. Kimberly Sibille and Emily Bartley presented their research at the 2017 Fifth World Congress on Positive Psychology in Montreal, Quebec in July along with University of Michigan researcher, Dr. Afton Hassett. Their talk entitled, “Living well with chronic pain: Shifting the lens from pathology to resilience” focused on stepping off the beaten path of well-trodden treatments and focusing on strategies that may promote resilience and resilience-oriented clinical interventions to target in the treatment of chronic pain.
