Hot off the Press! Congratulations to the authors Patel, Johnson, Booker, Bartley, Palit, Powell-Roach, Terry, Fullwood, DeMonte, Mickle and Sibille on their recent publication “Applying the NIA Health Disparities Research Framework to Identify Needs and Opportunities in Chronic Musculoskeletal Pain Research” in the Journal of Pain. Their review highlights areas where research has been completed and areas to target moving forward in order to understand and address factors that impact chronic pain across underrepresented ethnic/race groups.
