Larissa Strath, Yenisel Cruz-Almeida and rest of the PRICE team for their recent publication in The Journal of Nutrition, Health & Aging, entitled “Accelerated Epigenetic Aging Mediates the Association between Vitamin D Levels and Knee Pain in Community-Dwelling Individuals” The article reported that low levels of Vitamin D are associated with accelerated epigenetic aging, and this relationship is linked to increased pain severity and pain related-disability.
