Congratulations to Star Booker on their recent article, ‘A historical review of pain disparities research: Advancing toward health equity and empowerment’ published in Nursing Outlook.
Booker, alongside researchers across the globe, reviewed over 30 years of data to examine the current disparities that exist in pain research. They also proposed new methods to tackle pain research in a more diverse society with a focus on putting all individuals at the forefront of justice and equity when it comes to health.
